Public Comments: Leonard Roskop, 30935 CR 8, Keenesburg, CO 80643: I have just one question to ask you tonight. If one of your immediate family members fell ill and there was a medicine that could relieve some of the symptoms, would you deny them access? I think the moratorium is denying patients access to medical marijuana. Not an advocate nor am I against it, however If there is something that can help, I think they should have readily available access to it.
