Mayor, Ken Gfeller (2022)

Ken has lived in Colorado since the early 1960s. He moved to Keenesburg to open his store "A Step Back in Time." He has served and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for two of the local Chamber of Commerce. He has previously served on the town board.
Wilbur Wafel, Mayor Pro Tem (2022)

Wilbur is married, his wife's name is Mary; they have two boys, Charlie and John, and have four grandchildren. He taught industrial arts in RE-3J School District for nine years. He has operated a natural gas plant for 20 years.
Robert Zebroski (2024)

Bob and his wife, Betha, moved to Keenesburg in 2015. Bob retired from the Colorado Department of Agriculture in January of 2005. Prior to working with the State, he was employed by USDA for 16 years. Bob is currently the Chairperson for the Survey Committee addressing a number of issues identified in the 2017 town survey. He also served as a volunteer for the Pedal the Plains event in 2017.
