Welcome to the Town of Keenesburg, where our motto is "Home of 500 Happy People and a Few Soreheads."  Keenesburg has a population of approximately 1200 people despite our motto.  We are located along the growing I-76 corridor, with Denver International Airport just 20 miles away.  We are a flourishing community that is rich in community involvement and agricultural traditions.  We offer small town living with the convenience of all of the amenities nearby.

Election - Nomination Petitions
If  you have a desire to serve your fellow residents, please plan to run for office
at the upcoming regular municipal election that will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020.
There will be an opening for Mayor and three (3) Trustees.  January 7, 2020, is the first 
day nomination petitions may be picked up from Town Hall.   The nomination petitions
must be turned in to the Town Clerk by January 27, 2020.
