ADA Sidewalks and Ramps

The Town of Keenesburg (Town) is soliciting bids from qualified companies to provide construction services for the removal and reconstruction (R&R), installation of new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant sidewalks, and installation of new ramps. The total length of project sidewalks is approximately 4,000 linear feet (LF). Of that total, R&R is approximated at 2,250 LF, and new sidewalk is approximated at 1,700 LF. Installation of a total of 14 ADA curb ramps is included in the project.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 22, 2024, at 1:30 pm in the conference room at 91 W. Broadway, Keenesburg, CO.

Bids will be received by the Public Works Director until February 1, 2024, by 3:00 p.m. at which time said bids will be opened.
