NEW RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL BUILDS


ALL BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. TWO PLOT PLANS WHICH MUST SHOW:   (Three Plot Plans for all Commercial Permits for Fire District  Approval)
     A.  Where the proposed building is located
     B.  The distance between each lot/property line to the proposed building
     C.  Distances between the proposed building and any existing structures
     D.  All oil/gas production facilities within 200 feet of the proposed structure (tank batteries, wellheads, etc.)
     E. Identify the street of county road accessing from
     F.  If you require an address, you must show the distance from the nearest intersection to the driveway/access to the property

2.  TWO SETS OF BOUND BUILDING PLANS BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL (on sketched size)
     *Commercial builds, alterations, remodels, and additions require Fire District approval prior to permitting issuance*
3.  TWO SETS OF ENGINEERED FOUNDATION PLANS MUST HAVE COLORADO ENGINEER STAMP
4. TWO SETS OF SOILS REPORTS

 Plan Review is approximately ten days to first comment on residential permits.  
    The Plan Review Fee is due upon plan submittal.
